Secure portal access
Open the verified Rentec Direct resident portal. Confirm the address begins with https://secure.rentecdirect.com/ before entering account or payment information.
Payments and account questions
Do not send bank, card, identification, Social Security, lease, or payment information through general email, chat, seller forms, or the property-management consultation form. Use the secure portal or call authorized staff.
Maintenance
Use the property-specific maintenance process supplied with your lease or resident portal. If you cannot access it, call FavorStone. For immediate danger, fire, a suspected gas leak, or a medical emergency, leave the area when appropriate and call 911.
