These Terms and Conditions govern your use of favorstonepm.com and website services provided by FavorStone Property Management LLC (“FavorStone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Informational website

Website content is general information and may change. Submitting a form does not create an agency, brokerage, property-management, landlord-tenant, fiduciary, attorney-client, or other professional relationship, and it does not obligate either party to enter a transaction.

Principal purchaser

FavorStone purchases properties strictly as a principal for its own account. FavorStone is not acting as the seller’s broker, listing agent, attorney, tax adviser, lender, or appraiser. A property owner remains free to decline an offer and seek independent legal, tax, financial, valuation, or real-estate advice before signing an agreement.

Property management

Property management is a separate secondary service. Website descriptions are not a management agreement, lease, resident account statement, emergency service, or guarantee that FavorStone will accept a property. Any services are governed by a separate written agreement when accepted.

Forms and communications

You agree to provide accurate information and to use forms only for legitimate inquiries. A required form acknowledgment may authorize FavorStone to respond by telephone or email about that request. Text messaging consent, when offered, is a separate, optional choice and is not a condition of purchasing, selling, receiving an offer, or obtaining services. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated means to collect content or personal information without permission. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, banking information, payment-card data, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms, public chat, or text messages.

Third-party services

The website may link to third-party resident portals, listing services, chat, maps, or other services. FavorStone does not control their availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

Intellectual property

FavorStone’s website text, design, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to FavorStone and are protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to a legitimate inquiry. No other use is authorized without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation

Ohio law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
